Your Day

  • You will deliver on-site and remote support, investigate and solve requests from employees related to hardware, network, and software issues;
  • You will take care of the setting up of computers, software, and peripheral equipment;
  • You will monitor local network, system performance, resolve problems related to applications and system functionality;
  • You will be in charge of the maintenance of peripheral equipment;
  • You will take an active part in new projects;
  • You will maintain the archive of documentation about the hardware and the software;
  • You will maintain the documentation about the activities completed;
  • You will take part in editing the internal rules about the work with the hardware and software.

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience;
  • You must have general knowledge of server and client systems hardware;
  • Experience with installation, maintenance and administration of Windows Server 2012-2016 and Linux Server (Centos / Ubuntu / Debian);
  • Excellent understanding of Network architecture - TCP/IP, routing, nat, port forward;
  • Excellent troubleshooting of network connectivity;
  • You have to be able to provide OS, application, network, and server troubleshooting to the end-users;
  • You should possess strong IT support skills, Management for Incident, Change, and Configuration Management;
  • Having experience in supporting MS Windows in a network environment will be considered as an advantage;
  • You should follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate the progress promptly;
  • Driver's license category B, active driver;
  • Proficiency in English at working level;

It will be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of PfSense/Mikrotik/Unifi/Engenius
  • Knowledge of VMware virtualization
  • Knowledge of Cisco IOS
  • Knowledge of hardware
